  11. My kids are eating watermelon so fast, it doesn't stay here long enough for me to make anything with it! The last watermelon lasted less than a day, but now I want to try some of these recipes :-)

  17. Anyonita--the watermelon around here are growing and getting sweeter by the day, so I've got a bit of time until harvest--thanks for featuring so many great ideas, when I get watermelon I know where I'm turning for ideas!

    In a similar vein, I've linked up 3 zucchini/courgette recipes to help when you're overwhelmed: for breakfast, or a snack, Nutella Zucchini muffins. For dinner, a Zucchini, Corn, Leek and Pesto pizza. And for dessert, a Triple Chip Zucchini Spice cake.
